Become an Amplifier: How to Enhance or Increase the Energies of Those Around You

Have you ever been around someone who made you feel amazing? The energy that they give off is incredible and it makes you want to be a better person. This, my friends, is what being an amplifier means. To be an amplifier means to enhance or increase the energy of those around you so that everyone benefits from the energy in the room. If this sounds like something that interests you then keep reading!

Being an amplifier is a true gift. They are the type of people that you want on your team. They have the innate ability to inspire others by just being themselves. They are the energy boosters that everyone needs. The energy of those around them is completely uplifted and their light shines bright enough to make everyone else's shine brighter as well.

I consider myself to be this kind of individual. I've recognized my capacity to motivate others to be greater as a creative producer and empowerment coach. Being able to put my abilities into action has added tremendous happiness and fulfillment to my existence.

How can you become an amplifier?

In order to be a great amplifier, you must first let your own energy shine bright! You have to make sure that you are bringing positive energy into every situation before trying to bring more positivity in from others. An example would be going up on stage at a conference where the energy might already feel low, if you go on with negative or anxious feelings then it will only continue throughout the talk. Instead, use this as an opportunity to inspire others by being your amazing self and sharing some joyous wisdom along the way!

Before we can spread our good energy towards others, we must first have the energy to share. This energy comes from feeding your soul with positive experiences and activities that bring you joy. There are many ways in which you can do this! For example:

-Get an hour of fresh air every day by walking outside or doing some form of exercise - whether it be yoga, dance classes, running, etc...

-Go for a cup of tea/coffee with someone who really makes you laugh - the laughter will fill up your energy levels even more so than any caffeine could hope to achieve on its own!

-Practice gratitude by writing down everything that you are grateful for before bedtime.

In a previous blog post, I spoke about raising your vibration with the power of music which can be found HERE. I believe that music is a great energy-boosting tool. It affects our energy levels in so many different ways! In the Raising Your Vibration blog post, you will find 10 Spotify playlists that you can access now for free.

There are lots of ways to enhance other people's energy, but it's really all about being mindful and aware. Ask yourself: "How can I be present for this person in front of me?", then take action accordingly. This may mean listening more than speaking or showing empathy instead of sympathy if someone has just gone through a tough time.

Adopting a strong spiritual belief is another well-researched approach to increase your energy levels and send out good vibrations to others. You are more inclined to be inspired by your desire to perform in the same way as something greater than yourself if you believe in something higher.

It is my contention that we are all channels for the energy that flows through us. It's our capacity to be receptive that determines whether or not and how much energy will flow through us. The energy isn't ours to keep; it's only ours to utilize or disperse.

Beware of the side effects

While amplifying vibrational energy has certain advantages, it also has a dark side. Beware of the side effects such as overstimulation which can lead to overwhelm if not used with great care and discretion. There is a difference between being clever and being wise. When people become aware of this power, they have two options: treasure it or misuse it. Keep in mind why you're learning to be a vibrational energy amplifier and how you'll use this talent for good.

A major side effect of being an amplifier is fatigue. When energy flows in and out of you, your body must keep up. If the energy flow is too strong for a long period of time, it can lead to symptoms such as fatigue or depression. You may also become hyper-aware which means that you notice little things about people's energy--their moods, attitudes, and emotions--things that others might normally overlook.

With this being said, some introverts that you know may very well be amplifiers. As research shows, introverts recharge their energies in solitude. Personally, I can go into a room and within minutes feel the energy of all the people in it. I also have no problem picking up on emotional energy from others. However, I get incredibly exhausted by crowds and ongoing human interaction without an adequate break.

You might be thinking, "Of course! Every person experiences this." When I say that the energies around me deplete me, I'm not exaggerating. Rest mode will be activated. I cannot stress enough how important it is to prioritize your rest time if you intend to output high amounts of energy!

It is still important to know that energy amplifiers are not all introverts. Anyone can be an energy amplifier, including extroverts and ambiverts. The key is to be aware of how your energy affects others and how you can use that knowledge to help them.

Different types of energy amplifiers

There are two types of energy amplifiers: those who amplify the energy around them and those who direct energy. The first type, often called a "conduit", absorbs energy from their surroundings and then amplifies it before releasing it. The second type often called a "director", takes energy from others and directs it where they want it to go.

Both of these types are important in order to create balance. A conduit without a director would just release energy indiscriminately, while a director without a conduit would not be able to send energy out into the world.

How do you know if you are a conduit or a director?

There is no one-size-fits-all answer to this question, as it depends on your own energy and how you interact with the energy around you. However, here are some tips to help you figure it out:

-If you often feel overwhelmed or drained by others, then you might be a conduit.

-If you often feel energized and uplifted by others, then you might be a director.

-If the energy feels like it's being blocked from entering your own body, then you are likely a conduit.

-If energy enters your energy field easily and flows through or out of you freely, then you might be more of a director.

These tips can help as general guidelines to find which role resonates with you.

When we become more sensitive to energy, we can learn to direct and amplify energy for good. We can use this power to empower others and ourselves. It is an uplifting experience to feel the energy of those around us increase. We can create a space where everyone feels supported and uplifted. By becoming an amplifier, we can help people.

Now that you are aware of this gift, how will you use it? Are you an amplifier? If so, which type?
