I have spent my career entering rooms I was not expected to be in, learning everything those rooms had to offer, and then building the infrastructure for others to follow.

That pattern started on a basketball court at the University of Pittsburgh. It continued on professional courts in Madrid. It evolved onto runways in Paris and through three years building The Modelpreneur Bootcamp, which created direct pathways to international Fashion Weeks for models that the traditional industry was not designed to serve.

It deepened through independent consulting with founders in beauty and beauty tech, where I discovered that the founders I was advising did not just need strategic clarity. They needed capital, financial infrastructure, and access to the institutions that controlled both.

So I went inside. I am now building credibility and connections within the financial services industry, the same way I once did in fashion, deliberately, from the inside out, preparing to create the same kind of access in finance that the Bootcamp created on the runway.

My focus is specific: creating access and capital opportunities for founders and athletes building serious businesses in industries that were not built with them in mind.

WHAT I DO

I advise founders, executives, and brand leaders on strategy, positioning, and the decisions that determine how institutions, partners, and markets read them. My work sits at the intersection of perception, structure, and narrative, helping decision-makers build the kind of legibility that makes the right rooms open their doors.

I also build. Ermatine is my strategic intelligence platform, developed to democratize the frameworks that institutions use to evaluate readiness. The Pretty Smart series brings those frameworks into book form, applied intelligence for founders and leaders who refuse to operate without clarity.

I do not offer templates. I help you think more clearly, sequence decisions more deliberately, and walk into high-stakes conversations prepared rather than hopeful.

Most people read it as a description. I lived it in reverse, Brawn first through elite athletics, Beauty through international modeling and cultural intelligence, Brain through everything I have built since. Each chapter is compounded into the next. None of it was planned. All of it was deliberate.

That compounding is what I bring to every advisory relationship.
