Lean into healing.

Our natural inclination is to back away from people, things, or situations that cause us discomfort. But what if you did the opposite and pushed forward? There is so much that awaits us outside of our comfort zone and so much gratification that lies on the other side of our fears. Next time, instead of running, lean in by asking the hard questions. Figure out what it is that has triggered you into wanting to flee.

By doing this you will be able to get to the root of your fears and work through them. Remember, healing is a journey, not a destination. There will be times when you fall down, but it's important to dust yourself off and get back up. The most important thing is that you never give up on yourself. ♥
