FREE AND LOW COST WAYS TO BEAT S.A.D!
As we move forward into the winter of 2020 it is so important that we find reasons to keep moving! As the days get colder, shorter, and darker there will be more incentive for us to want to hibernate but the fight must continue!
As this is predicted to be one of the toughest winters we have faced as a species with seclusion, distancing, and illness running rampant it is of utmost importance that we continue to take care of ourselves mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and physically. We will not only be in a fight with COVID but in a fight for our lives against ourselves.
If there is one thing this year has shown me it is that this time was meant for reflection, rest, introspection, and healing. The world is in desperate need of a healing!
I thought now would be a good time to offer some free therapeutic things that you can do to keep yourself sane through this winter and throughout the rest of your life.

Lately what I have done is add a serious dose of focus to my self care. I have been doing my best to incorporate all of the above into my own personal routine and have found that it is helping me significantly to keep my mind, body, and soul at ease through this pandemic.
If it seems like a lot then I want you to start small. Start by adding just one thing on the list into your week and continue to build from there!
